Returns and Refunds

It is our goal to deliver a candle to you that you will love. However, if this is not the case, we will be happy to resolve this issue with either a refund or an exchange. In this instance you will be responsible for the return postage, and the postage of the new item. For further assistance please contact us on

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Faulty/Damaged items:
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If the item was damaged, please provide a photo and we will offer a replacement or refund.
